Saunders are working with an all-through co-educational school, which provides primary and secondary teaching facilities to students aged 4-18. We were originally approached to provide support for a funding application, which led to an appointment to develop initial ideas to planning.

The site includes an original set of school buildings, which were completed in 1957 and a newly constructed sustainable block for primary teaching. Further facilities were needed to accommodate delivery of curriculum and extra-curricular activities.

Following a detailed analysis of the site and the formulation of a brief, a masterplan proposal was developed to address the needs of the school across the site, with the first phase of development, comprising proposals for a sports hall and administration facility.
