Saunders successfully achieved detailed planning and provided working drawings and technical support during construction for a new public library and learning centre for Manchester City Council. The building forms part of a wider mixed use development incorporating a Tesco foodstore and retail units. The 1,250 sq.m building achieved a BREEAM rating of Very Good and ‘Secure by Design’ accreditation.
