Following our involvement in the Morgan Sindall Roundtable Event and the discussion around the flourishing Life Science Sector in Stevenage, it became clear that Saunders’ consented masterplan scheme and building designs for Cambridge Innovation Park meet tenant demands for highly sustainable offices. Businesses require workplace settings which include healthy social and leisure facilities for workers and the local community to enjoy. The Cambridge Innovation Park scheme proposes a biodiverse green setting for modular timber buildings, housing flexible workspaces for tech businesses in the region.
