Richard is a Chartered Architect with experience in education, housing and leisure sectors. Before joining Saunders, Richard worked as part of a team to deliver Caring Wood, a contemporary country residence, which went on to win RIBA House of the Year. Since joining Saunders in 2017, Richard has successfully delivered a number of education projects, including sports halls, dining facilities, a specialist music department and teaching spaces. In addition to working with educational clients to strategically define projects and to develop proposals for funding and grant opportunities, Richard has experience of working as an Employer’s Agent, to assist clients in the delivery of projects.
