Kristina joined Saunders in 2013 with a degree in Interior and Spatial Design. Her experience is focused predominantly on the residential sector and work includes the preparation of sketch residential feasibility masterplans (schemes ranging in size from 50 units up to 500 units), preparing full planning application packages together with consultant, client and LPA liaison. She runs a small team responsible for clients including Crest Nicholson, Countryside and Cala Homes, and gained invaluable first-hand knowledge during a 12 month secondment with a national housebuilder. She also has experience on Build-to-Rent PRS projects and Senior Living developments. Kristina completed a Master’s degree in Urban Design in 2021.
