We are seeking talented AT Students who have recently graduated.
There will be opportunities to work on a variety of projects mainly in the care, education, residential (including high rise) and retail sectors. Some developments will be mixed-use.
You will be integrated into our delivery team and will focus on RIBA stages 4-6 works, however there may be opportunities to work with our Planning Team on projects from inception to planning applications. You should be a competent user of Revit and AutoCAD with the drive and desire to prepare technical packages. We are also seeking candidates who have experience and strong skills in producing high quality rendered visualisations.

We have a mentoring support framework from the top down within our Practice and we strongly encourage professional development, including regular CPD seminars and further training where required. CIAT Accreditation support is provided.
Applicants who have undertaken a placement year of employment in an Architectural Practice will be an advantage.

We currently have vacancies for experienced Senior Architectural Technologists / Architects with a minimum of 6 years’ experience working on projects in the UK and with good detailing knowledge to strengthen the delivery team based at our Welwyn Garden City office.
Opportunities exist to work within established teams on a variety of projects across differing sectors including residential, education, senior living, commercial, retail and mixed-use schemes.
Experience on projects across RIBA Workstages 4-6 is essential.
CIAT Accreditation support is provided.
