The mix of 16 one bedroom and 15 two bedroom apartments are designed to allow for wheelchair occupation and have reception, communal areas, garden and a conservatory for residents within a short distance from their apartments.
The apartment accommodation sits over a community retail space on the ground floor. The principal entrance to the accommodation is from a first floor terrace, offering additional security and allowing for access directly to a raised roof-top garden and conservatory. A secure ground floor car park and plant area is screened from the street by the retail units, maximising the site’s development opportunity.

This principle elevation is divided into regular sections to provide a horizontal rhythm and expression is further articulated at first and second floors through projecting bays accommodating resident balconies in the recesses.
