Commercial space comprises ground floor retail and B1 flexible office space arranged over seven floors. A basement under the frontage buildings incorporates residential parking, plant and storage areas, and ancillary accommodation for the retail and offices.

Saunders were appointed to undertake the working drawing package, as well as working alongside Allies + Morrison Architects to successfully achieve a revised consent through a section 73 application following a client-led optimisation and rationalisation exercise.
