LSIP (Local Skills Improvement Plans) is a government-funded programme designed to bring together businesses and education providers to discuss the skills needed now and for the future. Hertfordshire is a Trailblazer Local Area, selected to pilot the scheme. This week, the LSIP Property and Construction Focus Group was hosted by Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce at Hatfield House. Representatives from Hertfordshire colleges and the local property and construction industry gathered to discuss how students can be armed with essential skills to strengthen the construction industry. Saunders Architecture and Urban Design were pleased to be part of the discussion.
