The Practice
Saunders Partnership is a 60 strong architectural practice, founded in 1988, with a track record of substantial projects in retail, commercial, residential and industrial architecture, in addition to healthcare, leisure, education and refurbishment projects. We utilize a full CAD facility with state-of-the-art computer technology, enabling us to produce sophisticated 3-D presentation material and to interact fully with others via contemporary digital media.We are based at Studio Four in Welwyn Garden City, which is also home to three associated firms of construction professionals. Where required, we can therefore offer an "in-house" multi-disciplinary service including quantity surveying and cost management, structural, civil and highways engineering and mechanical and electrical services consultancy.
As architects, we will never underestimate the importance of good design, but we know that this has to be combined with awareness of client expectations, effective management, sound technical ability and pragmatism. Saunders Partnership has a long-standing reputation for producing well-designed buildings, within budget and on programme.
