Steve joined Saunders in 1994, becoming a Director in 2002. He is a Chartered Architect with an MA in Architecture and Town Planning, and has over 25 years’ experience across a wide range of work sectors including retail, residential, commercial and leisure. More recently, his focus has been on mixed-use and residential projects including Build to Rent/PRS developments, high density urban apartment schemes, suburban housing developments and masterplanning.
Within the practice Steve takes responsibility for financial management, growth strategy, and branding, as well as project administration and business development as part of the senior management team.
