Martin joined Saunders in 1996 and became Managing Director in 2010. He is a Chartered Architect and has a Master’s Degree in Urban Design. Before joining Saunders he worked in private practice on retail, residential, commercial, leisure, senior living, industrial, healthcare and mixed use schemes. Currently involved in master-planning, town centre regeneration, residential and leisure projects, Martin enjoys the challenge of integrating innovative developments into existing and new communities. Martin is also an AaPS accredited Principal Designer.
As Managing Director, Martin holds overall responsibility for the practice and business development. He is passionate about encouraging the whole Saunders team to provide the very best creative ideas and customer service to each and every client, and is excited to be leading an award-winning practice into it’s 36th year in business.
