Following a successful bid proposal, Saunders were retained by Chartway Group to prepare a Reserved Matters application for the development of up to 250 dwellings with extensive community facilities including sports pitch provison and allotments.
Based on the Outline Approved parameters, the development proposes a mix of houses and apartments set within a high-quality landscaped setting.

Significant gradients across the site required extensive liaison with civils and drainage consultants to ensure the developed scheme secured support from the LLFA and the requirement for retaining structures was minimised as much as practicable.
