Saunders successfully secured a Reserved Matters approval for this Build to Rent PRS project, the second for Crest Nicholson as part of the Arborfield Garrison redevelopment. It follows continued engagement with local stakeholders and councillors in Wokingham.

The scheme comprises 104 one and two bedroom apartments over four blocks and a 3,000 sqft community Clubhouse. The proposals define a residential character and sense of place while responding to the neighbouring Bohunt School and adjacent District Centre parcels, ensuring good visual, pedestrian, and vehicle links within the wider Garrison masterplan. The buildings were designed from the outset to use Fusion – a structural insulated panel system that has helped to reduce construction time on site.
