Saunders have been working with The Padel Club on a number of sites across the UK as part of an ambitious development programme to grow the business. Initially appointed on five sites, we prepared planning applications for three new-build brownfield site padel clubs. The schemes included both covered and external courts, a clubhouse with changing, food/bar servery with seating area, and ancillary office and kitchen spaces. The sites include external space with seating/viewing areas complemented with soft and hard landscaping. Alongside the two sites with planning consent in place Saunders are progressing the projects to tender and construction.

Saunders are also undertaking feasibility site layout designs to assess viability of new sites, adding canopied and outdoor courts to external areas of new fit-out schemes and preparing comprehensive design standard drawings and specifications to ensure design and brand continuity on all projects.
