Saunders were initially appointed to develop feasibility studies for Crest’s first suburban PRS development, based on the principles of the “Build to Rent standard typology” studies previously undertaken by Saunders. Subsequently, we were commissioned to develop the scheme through planning and onto working drawings and delivery to completion.

The development provides 220 apartments, maisonettes and townhouses set within communal landscaped gardens as part of a wider masterplan to deliver circa 2500 units. The challenging level changes across the site provide the opportunity to use undercrofts and semi-basements to accommodate the parking.

A clubhouse acts as a gateway feature to the development with flexible space to accommodate the sites’ marketing suite and the residents’ communal office space, lounge, gym and outdoor games court.
