The Essex Brewery, Walthamstow

Crest Nicholson Eastern

Saunders is architect and lead consultant for the delivery of this residential-led, mixed use scheme on the site of the former Essex Brewery.

The development comprises two buildings of 7 and 8 storeys, each accessed from multiple cores. It meets BREEAM Very Good and is equivalent to CfSH Level 4. All construction information was drawn and coordinated in Revit.

Construction started on site in May 2017 and was completed late 2019.
