The redevelopment of this site followed the relocation of the Tesco store to a larger site. The site is located on a key arterial route on the approach to Wisbech town centre, and sits adjacent to and shares an entrance with the Belgrave Retail Park. The scheme comprises nine retail units of varying sizes totalling over 112,000sq.ft with scope for additional mezzanine floorspace. The terrace of retail units sits to the rear of the site with car parking to the front, and incorporates soft landscaping to the perimeter.
Saunders were appointed post-planning to deliver to an agreed shell specification, including fit-out works for some tenants.
