Following a successful bid proposal, Saunders were retained by Cala Homes, North Home Counties to prepare a Reserved Matters application.

Located on a former RAF airfield outside Huntingdon, the development forms part of a wider masterplan that regenerates brownfield land, providing much needed new homes with retail, leisure and education.
The scheme comprises 261 dwellings, a mix of houses and apartments, within a high-quality landscaped setting, with an abundance of open space and recreation on resident’s doorsteps. The architectural and landscape proposals were designed in conformity with and evolving from the Alconbury Weald Design Code principles which have been established through delivery of prior parcels.
