Saunders secure Reserved Matters approval for new phase in Beaulieu’s award-winning masterplan

27-08-2020

Great work by our planning team, who have helped secure Reserved Matters approval for 145 dwellings in Phase 2 of the award-winning Beaulieu masterplan in Chelmsford for Cala North Home Counties.

The site is located within the parkland of King Henry VIII’s former Tudor palace and over the next two decades, Beaulieu will develop to become a series of self-contained neighbourhoods, consisting of up to 3,600 new homes, served by a range of new facilities, amenities and transport links.
