Saunders moves into new Manchester office

21-03-2013

Saunders Partnership Architects are delighted to announce the promotion of Sarah Bolsover to Head of its strategic North-West office located in Manchester City Centre. Sarah, who is an Associate Director, will lead an experienced team working with a number of high profile clients including Tesco, Waitrose, Barratt Homes, Crest Nicholson, Solum Regeneration, Land Securities and Manchester City Council.

Sarah: “I see this an extremely exciting opportunity and I am really looking forward to working with the rest of Saunders’ Group offices across the country to further raise the profile of the Practice in this region. We already have a very strong reputation with a proven track record having been involved in some incredibly exciting projects across the North West including the 86,000 sq.ft retail store as part of the Old Trafford Redevelopment and Blackley Library for Manchester City Council. We are keen to build on the success of our business in the North West and our move to Clarence House, which is situated in the hub of the city’s business district, will help us achieve this.”

Saunders Partnership Architects have completed a deal with HIMOR Group Ltd to take 1,152 sq.ft of ground floor office space at Clarence House on Clarence Street in the heart of Manchester’s traditional office core. The building has undergone an extensive refurbishment to provide vibrant contemporary office space within this imposing 19th Century corner building, which is due for completion next month.

Paul Codling of HIMOR adds: “We are very proud of the exceptional standard of accommodation that we have created at Clarence House and delighted to welcome Saunders Partnership Architects to the building – our first tenant, aside from ourselves and a very positive start for the building! The impressive and remodelled entrance epitomises the transformation of Clarence House.”
