Saunders are delighted to have recently received Reserved Matters approval for new dwellings to be built by CALA Homes North Counties at Parcel 7, Alconbury Weald in Huntingdonshire. The development is part of a wider masterplan that regenerates a former RAF airfield and provides much needed new homes with retail, leisure and education in an area adjacent to the existing town of Huntingdon.
The 261 houses and flats conform and evolve the Alconbury Weald Design Code principles established through delivery of prior parcels. The homes are surrounded by high-quality landscaped green spaces as part of the Masterplan, with new schools and leisure facilities and offers opportunities to work in near-by, purpose-built offices –all with the Cambridgeshire countryside on their doorstep.
