Principal contractor, Morgan Sindall, have been appointed to take forward the exciting new state-of-the-art mixed use cinema, and restaurant development in Kirkby Town Centre.

Saunders have worked closely with Knowsley Council to oversee the planning and design of the town centre regeneration project. The cinema, which is the focus point of the leisure element of the complex, will have 5 auditoriums and a large foyer together with spacious restaurants on the ground floor with outdoor seating/ dining space.

Councillor Tony Brennan, Knowsley Council’s Regeneration and Economic Development Cabinet Member, said: “Our plans for Kirkby Town Centre always extended beyond the recently completed retail development and I’m delighted that the next phase of our development plans have taken a significant step.”
