AJ Retrofit award Finalist

Breaking news: our Beaumont Gardens project is a finalist in the AJ Retrofit Awards, Housing category.

Saunders developed the planning approved scheme through the construction phase and delivered a sympathetic conversion of a Grade II listed former factory for Taylor Wimpey.

Dating from the beginning of the 20th century Beaumont Gardens in St Albans provides highly-sought after apartments alongside two new apartment buildings, delivering much needed character homes into the area.

This nomination follows a Gold Medal in the Whathouse 2020 Awards.

We will be attending the virtual awards night at the end of February and fingers crossed it will be another win for this fantastic scheme.
